Hey BP Community,I am new to this site and I haven’t invested in real estate yet.I’ve been spending a lot of time educating myself (reading books, listening to podcasts, reading blogs, etc).

I suggest getting deep into the site, books, blogs, and especially the podcasts.

Figure out which one fits your current situation the best and then start reading the blogs and forum posts and connecting with those on here who are doing them.

I've read countless posts and blog articles on BP regarding this topic but any advice you could impart for a beginner starting out would be great.
