Yeh.The place was not cleaned well and missing some pretty basic amenities like hand towels and wash clothes, no cork screw, a cheap coffee pot with a decantur with no lid that had to be wrestled in/out because it was from a different brand/model, no welcome page or even instructions for the WiFi password, three towels for a rental set up for four guests, etc.

porcelain tile flooring, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors wired into the ceiling electrical system, the most sturdy screens, if built before 1976 you will have lead based paint issues, make things simple, plan to pay for trash pickup and provide containers with attached lids, can you provide outdoor clothes line (when people live on small budget they hand wash and hang dry which is hard on plumbing shower fixture and moisture) where is it located?

@Aaron Duplex,Lets just be real, I'm with @Steve VaughanLets see.. in the past 2 weeks, had a gas line bust a sewer pipe, so the poop was literately going into the street.. when we were assessing the situation, i swear the smell stayed on our clothes!....
