I am planning to attend Cal Poly SLO in the fall and majoring in finance.

I recommend that you attend local REI networking groups and meetups to connect with fellow real estate investors.

Attend meetups and meet as many people in RE as you can.

Thanks  You are likely looking for the commercial meetups in the area, generally I'd ask around at a couple of the larger brokerages in town if there is a meetup you can attend.
