@John Underwood Glad to know it's just me and it's not the market lolI think mr underwood has one of those 2 mil dollar cabins that’s ultra luxury, so not sure on the comparison to overall. 

I am not talking about brokers showing MLS listings, that’s common to everyone and most likely won’t lead to ultra profitable deals.

Also the allure traffic master comes in different versions it seems, regular, plus, and ultra, is that correct?

BUT... in practice it really only works if you either have a lot of time to wait, or are ultra-wealthy.
