For growing fruit and wine grapes you have to go a few miles away to a lower elevation.

It spans across 10 acres and boasts roughly 4 acres of mature vineyards, a single-family residence, parking lot, pool, wine tasting room and cellar, multiple smaller structures (barn, storage, garage), and beautiful landscaping.

I want to come home, sink into a jacuzzi bath, listen to Sting, drink a glass of wine, and pretend like I am at a 5 resort spa, even for just 30 minutes.

I'd rather have a glass of wine on 6th with people with similar interests.

Even if once I wave late fees, they start wining about it every month.

I'm not hitting the "major" vacay spots, but more in line with local events; wine festivals, wedding venues, etc... 

Hello Nicolas,Do you mean to set up a "pseudo " bank account in QB that you could transfer the money to so that it looks like the money is in a separate account; or do you mean set up an actual physical bank account?

I live in Santa Cruz, CA with my partner in life, enjoying the laid back lifestyle, surf, wine & ocean air. 

If you're talking about a short-term rental in the middle of California Wine-Country vinyards, then that might be a great place to have one.
