We source off-market deals, pair them with investors, and then hand hold through the rehab and city inspections when things are complete.We have existing contractor relationships and a team on the ground to keep tabs on things and keep you informed along the way. 

It's a profitable relationship, one where a person says "I am luck to have found ___". - 5% of agents "walk-on-water".

If and when you need a PE or licensed Architect to stamp plans, the contractor will have a relationship with one.

It depends on the property and the feel/relationship that I have with the tenant.
