But that is commonly just referred to as "Sheriff Sale" by those in PA.But PA also has several flavors of Tax Deed sales - one of those is the "Judicial Sale" - and it is common to omit any reference to it being a Tax Deed sale, people just say "Judicial Sale" and others in PA know it's a Tax Deed sale when those words are used together.Plus the OP has other threads where he has asked about Tax sales in PA, so I used that as context as well ...Here's a link to just one county's website where they list such tax sales, and you'll see there is one that is Judicial:http://www.co.wayne.pa.us/?

It comes more down to what flavor of ice cream you say blah to when tasting and which one you like.Some investors say they will make money at any cost but that is short lived and burn out occurs fast because when you do not enjoy it on some level then it wears you down.
