Welcome Brian,I am from the triangle area in NC.

This topic probably applies to most of the country right now but I'll be using the numbers from the Research Triangle. 

HeyEveryone,I just moved to the triangle in NC, I have read a lot of books on real estate and went to some seminars and I really want to get my feet wet in investing (i.e flipping houses, wholesale) but I do not have any money and my credit score is decent.

On google maps its literally a triangle shape.  5 min walk to grocery stores, HD, petsmart, gym.
