I would set up a meeting with the DOT right of way agent to voice your concerns and the blow back from party number 2 and see if they plans in the works to remedy your situation.

[We all have that voice in our heads at one time or another]   WELL, thankfully I listened to the other voice...the voice of reason and logic.

When cold calling on properties, you don't know if you're calling someone's home, who has fallen behind, the family of a deceased person about their family home, or another investor.Use a business name, or at least identify yourself clearly on the voice mail.

Speak very  slowly in a very high-pitched voice, far away from the phone..

(imagine a boisterous voice) You spent how much on that cup holder?!

So I suspect I’m not the only one who ignores the little voice in their head and approves a marginal tenant they suspect they shouldn’t.

So I’m just starting to get into wholesaling houses and it was suggested to me to use A Google Voice account for business calls to differentiate my incoming calls.
