Really the plan was 6 months there and 6 months in Vegas.

In Miami, we all know how people use rented cars, boats and houses to give themselves credibility.  5k for me is pocket change but I never like to spend money on a losing investment.

I'm curious when you were planning commissioner, how long did these land swap deals take to hammer out?

In some places there are a few days grace period to allow for rent that is sent via mail (which I don't get because if it is due on the 1st, plan ahead). 

Only spend 2 hours on it.  

No I wouldn’t pay it and I would plan that potentially if I don’t pay it, they leave.
