I also find it humerous that these same buyers that whine about RE brokerage fee's will think nothing of a wholesaler who has no ability to close and is just looking for an assignment fee and they will tac on FAR more than a 6% fee.. and buyers think they get some sort of deal because its off market.. when in fact its on market wholesalers advertise like mad to sell their contract positions and talk about fake news how about fake values and rehab amounts.

After that, there's really no other way to learn, than to get out there and do it.I'm sure a real mentorship (which I'm not convinced you can actually buy) would be a nice comfortable way to get started.. but honestly, the type of person who needs this sort of handholding, might not do well owning a business...
