Was just curious what kind of questions we should be prepared and expected to answer from the lending companies and if anyone had any advice on good questions to ask each lender when vetting each company.

They paid on time (ate my food  lol) and still stay in touch.

Think, the USDA brining armed feds to shut down Amish farmers for selling their unpasteurized milk, or the FDA allowing harmful chemical additives in our food that are banned in hundreds of other countries.

Focus, study, and be prepared to strike when that solid deals reveals itself. 

In the event you miss calculated your equity potential, you should be fully ready and able to settle the transaction or be prepared to lose your initial deposit. 

We understand this can be challenging for our tenants, but we are planning for our children's future and teaching them about the REAL ESTATE benefits.Do any of you have suggestions as to how we can best approach this or can refer me to someone who can prepare a letter addressing our plans for the build?
