This used to be easier to do before the eviction moratorium; in some states judges aren't even willing to hear these cases.I'd apologize to the new tenants, change the locks and if the former tenant shows up again, tell her to get off your property or the law will be called on her.If she wants to pursue legal action against you (claiming an "illegal eviction") your pictures, history of attempts to contact, etc. will be your evidence that you covered your bases regarding this matter.Gail

One final thought, the property taxes on my 3 BK properties have increasing exponentially every year, and I imagine will only get worse with the impending budget crisis.Ps- I know it doesn't sound like it, but I am very bullish on the local market and wouldn't invest anywhere else.

And student loans under my wife’s name that are currently in forbearance but the minimums on them are under 400 a month.I apologize for the long post, it was just a real gut punch the actual amount of money we’ll be able to access.
