One my favorite books is SHIFT by Gary Keller Keller Williams, and chapter 10 talks about creative financing and helping the seller so with Lease options and wraps and so forth And Keller Williams unfortunately, sometimes depending on the broker, doesn't want their agents doing any creative deals.
