I'll be rude since you have a real attitude problem....its people like you that hinder the growth of others. you cant come to a forum on real estate, basically post up that you need a partner to fund the down payment of over $1mm and expect people to flock to you just because you found a deal. so what, people find deals every day. and i got news for you, your $6mm project is nothing more than a single family home where i live. welcome to NYC.   

@Mike Demmitt, As said a couple of times, the lack of cash to pay investors in a land development deal hinders syndication. 

I am considering it, but the usual 30 to 35 percent down payment is hindering me from purchasing one.

The fear of public speaking is overcome by speaking in public, most of that is an attitude, not a physical ability, but the mind can certainly hinder physical aspects. 

As silly as it sounds, there are a million reasons for someones' discomfort when investing but that same discomfort sometimes will forcibly hinder the potential for their true success.  

depending on how your brewery is set up, the debt on it may hinder your ability to purchase.

Other factors, like title issues, environmental issues (asbestos, oil tanks, etc) can hinder the process.

My financial capabilities have been hindered by my participation with Success Path. 

This is just another example of government stepping in and creating laws that hurt honest people and investors just because of a few crooks.In my opinion, there are many other ways to curtail the crooks without hindering us "real investors"Shame on TX government.

and I tell them that sometimes that's actually a hinderance if you want to be a wholesaler.
