To do that, I recommend you create several e-books and hopefully even write at least a short book.

In my experience most of the title companies will do this it's a complimentary of service as long as it doesn't take too much time.

However, if you are looking for more (like life-giving partnerships, complimentary skill sets, etc) then giving up equity to gain a partner can be inexpensive. 

There are many CPA's on this forum that provide complimentary consultations.
