With that said- if there are no scores reporting, you can still qualify with showing a few alternative trade-lines; such as cell phone bill, utility bill, car insurance bill, etc. 

A phone call to the city would help clarify this for you.

But i am now unable to access them from my phone which was the point of getting them in the first place

Customer service revolves a lot around maintenance, answering the phone or texts promptly, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

You rarely get phone calls from your tenants and they are business owners vs. folks with kids, pets, showers and toilets. 

@Brooke Williamson I would advise that you get on the phone and verify what the PM is saying

You likely won't find your answer on the internet, FB marketplace is a good start, but I found all my help up there through referrals and picking up the phone. 

Side note your phone will blow up with all the notifications from Airbnb so be prepared for that.
