They also have been good at keeping the house in order but my question is specifically in regards to a very small leak on one of the bathtub faucets.

Not to complain too much, but handling insecticides, fleas in my truck, in my bath tub (next day), feeling like I'm always itching, and nightmares is just not worth the extra dollars...

Water shuts offs are your responsibility, toilets and sinks, bathtubs and nozzles and such are your responsibility.

Got a plumber to check it out, and it appears to be coming from the first floor bathtub.

As long as there is one bathtub for small children, a shower only in the smaller bathroom would be fine.   

I genuinely believe that given the size bathroom we have, it will not be possible to make a bathtub look sleek and elegant.Thanks everyone in advance!

While the baby blue in the bathroom would not have been my first choice, the color is moot considering that you've got a VERY uneven ceiling line in that bathroom indicating a poor quality job and it looks like the bathtub hasn't been caulked.The kitchen is also... interesting.  

We checked the bath tub that was over that dining room area and let the water run a long time and no leaks.
