Not sure how they'd actually track that type of activity though regardless.

Mindset is key and just know that this is a business and you would be actively seeking clients and every day you wake up your working for the paycheck you receive in 30-60 days.

The contract expired which is why they were striking. the storm happened to hit at the same time, no difference than any other union like sports leagues etc., they strike when the contract expires. 

Active (and successful) Real Estate Brokers or Mortgage Brokers don't have time for dual capacity and I personally wouldn't want the responsibility.

From what I’ve seen, the value of a premium listing really depends on a couple of factors: the local market's activity and how saturated it is with similar rentals.
