Within the last 5 months I moved to the Madison/Huntsville, AL area and started my first job out of college as an engineer.

I'm a real estate agent/broker and practicing attorney in Madison Wisconsin. 

In addition, the laws are landlord friendly and there are good opportunities to invest in both single family and MF..I’d suggest staying away from Marion County....focus on the other counties that surround Indianapolis greater area (Hamilton, Hancock, Boone).....the push outside the city continues...I prefer Madison County since prices are depressed with anticipated modest growth 

The section between 18th ave and madison ave is 'ok'.

Hey everyone,I posted a couple months ago about wanting to house hack in Madison.

Ideally i'd like to get a triplex or fouplex in the Madison area as I just got a job in the area and I am not in a position to move any time soon.

Google is constructing a google data plant which will lead to 75-100 high tech jobs, Toyota-Mazda plant which will employ roughly 4,000 (laborers to mid level managers), minor league team moving to Madison (part of the metro), and over 4,000 FBI positions are relocating to Huntsville over the next 10 years.
