@Federico Dallo you mentioning vacation-type locations leads me to guess that you may want to use the property yourself occassionlly?

We develop/Buy Self Storage locations. 

These are prime locations, think near downtown or popular tourist destinations where demand for short-term rentals is typically high.

Where is this location at? 

But Las Vegas isn’t the location for it.

I’m looking to rent to travel nurses on furnished finder bc my location lends itself so well to that group.

As an agent, I personally would love to hear your thoughts on how the implementation of AI will affect agents system processes or how it already has, however I would love to hear about it's impact in all facets of real estate.Apologies if this is a repeat post, I haven't searched much on the forums for this yet. 

@Dillon Onsager Where's the duplex located?

We haven't even discussed carriers raising their rates due to their reinsurance carriers increasing their rates, your building locations (CA, FL, NY, coastal counties/cities, etc.), how litigious is your state, your own loss history/ratio as an individual investor, the carrier's overall loss ratio in a certain state/area, the deductibles you've elected, etc. 

I agree with what others above said, that having a reliable, honest and knowledgeable team is the most important thing...more so than perhaps the location.
