The bulbs go out frequently, the covers get dirty with bugs etc., and the ballast contacts start to crack and go bad where the lights go in.If you are going to stay there awhile I would definitely spend more money on LED lights or similar that have a very long shelf life and pretty much zero maintenance.You want to grow your business and sales and not have to take time away to deal with building space issues down the road.

I think that you figured out your own answer in that even though these deals seem to be pretty good by cash flow standards in a vacuum the prices aren't anything special based on the market.

We ended up spending WAY more time than expected and our income per hour was pitiful.It seems to me that the majority of people who sign up for a program like this are the type of people (frequently, not always) who want it all handed to them without doing the work themselves.
