It's about the thrill for all of playing Call of Duty on a 10' projector screen in the theater room which most people can't do at home.  

@Kellyn Cameron, I think I can speak for most investors when I say that they would be thrilled to be approached by someone offering private money!

That being said, if there are any General Contractors in my area of Western North Carolina I would be thrilled to sit down and talk with you for a few minutes.

So as leads come in from my own marketing if I need help running comps, whichever one has the time to help me with a CMA or even walk through the property with me would get the listing.So far everyone seems thrilled with the arrangement and both have welcomed me into their networks with open arms.

I love the thrill of a risk and possible high reward diving straight into a relatively large out of state apartment complex.

Sounds like great news but something legislature isn't all that thrilled about.
