Anyone should be able to do a pretty thorough analysis of any deal with BP calculators before you'd even put a deal in front of DHM.I know there have been complaints however they do have a great BBB rating too.  

First, you need to thoroughly document everything, starting with when and how you became aware of a problem.Second, you need to verify the situation.

The very concept of a tax inside of an IRA scares a lot of folks off from even thoroughly researching the concept... which is their loss.When an IRA uses debt-financing, the percentage of the income that is derived directly from the IRA capital is fully sheltered. 

Get very familiar with the eviction process in your market and follow things to the letter and quickly.Make sure to vet tenants thoroughly and pick wisely (and even then it is a gamble).

Also, is it necessary that I get a lawyer during this period to ensure the contract is good or would I be fine just thoroughly going through it myself??
