My challenge is that I’m struggling with figuring out if a property will be profitable or not, even though I've done research on sites like AirDNA and tried to analyze multiple factors.where Im stuck: 1. 

Not normally, although technically it might be the same ownership companies don't like to combine the personal, LLC, partnerships etc.

However, it was challenging to get it fully occupied due to families etc that were looking for larger units.
