There isn't a lot of cash flow in it, but it has allowed me to build equity as the real estate market begins to recover down there from the recession.  

But lots of rentals listed in the 10-15 year old track home vinyl villages that are all located on the outskirts of town, which are most likely foreclosure buy ups, as this town was hit hard during the recession.

I am a Graphic Designer here in Indianapolis, and Graphic Design has so far been a good career for me for the past 10 years, but like many during the great recession I was furloughed at my job for several years and made only 80% of my normal income during that time. 4 day work weeks were nice, but my wife and I had a very hard time economically during those couple years, we still managed to save money and meet the bills, we had to put off alot of things that we wanted to do but couldn't really afford.

I think London has grown all the way through the recession, due I would think to the foreign investment.

Now, I'm leaving the playground, recess is over, on to other things. :)

Houston has been incredible in it's resistance to this recession.
