You would be better off by offering "Lease Options" on houses and deal with the people who have been turned down trying to finance through a Bank and do not know there are alternatives that do exist and they are people who can pay and you can trust.Do not forget that the location has differing degrees of importance and the demand for each type that makes them a possible profiter.

For us, that was not a good long-term strategy for growth.That would change very quickly in 2008/2009 and by 2011, we had completely flipped our model 180 degrees.

Sure it does dehumidify as a function of cooling, but not to the extent a dehumidifier does.Additionally, I get home from work and my apartment is a very cool 77 degrees.
