I am from Mexico, i have been living in United States for 3 years.

I see apartments all around me being rented on AirBnB for ~$300-$400 per night, and I now question being in a place with such a strict policy around no sublets, making it all the more apparent that my money is going out the door each month.So here are my general goals:Own properties that can earn revenue (rental, AirBnB).Buy land in Baja Mexico to build a home for vacation, rental, retirement.Learn more about flipping properties and houses to see if it is something I'd ever be interested in doing.Before making any decisions, I want to become more educated since I don't really know much about real estate, or what I can do in my situation.  

Anyway, my wife owns a home in New Mexico (we live 9 hours away in San Antonio) and uses a property management company to handle everything.

Hi @Alexander Flores Additional items are:Utilities - You paying or Tenants.  

Go on a fishing trip, go to Mexico, go to Europe, etc.

For example, you send them American clients that what to buy real estate in Mexico and they send you clients that want to buy in Texas or Florida.

I came this for New Mexico and you should find one relevant for Texas.
