Needless to say we are meeting tomorrow to sign a contract on 1 that I made a offer on (fingers crossed).

Cross your fingers that we don't find any more issues that we didn't know about. 

It hasn't been easy to find a lender willing to work with me, but I think I've found one (fingers crossed they follow through).

But still a 2 fam for 55-65 depending on my estimates, crossing fingers!

I'm new to BP as a poster, but have been lurking for awhile... side note, I did a lot of work for British Petroleum in the past, so everytime I hear/see "BP" I have to stop and do a double-take :) I'm from Upstate NY, in the Finger Lakes area, near a small city called Rochester.
