Alltec is cheaper options out there, works fine with basic functions but certainly has limitation compared to other fancier ones.

Well since then, I have been arrested 3 more times and Everytime I go to court, my dumb tresspassing charges get dropped but it's an ongoing thing & the harassment by cops needs to stop.

In terms of a tenant that has paid before and had a lease, who refuses to now pay or no longer has a written lease - this is still a matter for housing court as they are a holdover tenant, not a squatter. 

If it were my kids and there was bad water I would own you right now and take it to court versus fighting you over 700 bucks and then have the judge throw down a harsher punishment.

Waivers usually do not hold up in court.  

I had previously contacted the landlord and he said they had no problems with her, and this was the 2nd property of theirs she has rented, but apparently, that was a lie because I found the court documents about the eviction notices. 

I like that the HELOC functioned more as a credit card, and I only had to pay for what I used, so I had 200K of equity on hand, but only had to pay the interest on 120K.

- There should small claims court etc before going to full fledge lien- Any suggestion, how to avoid such situations?
