My experience in Real Estate is low/none but I would say my knowledge has increased since I stated a couple weeks ago.Through Sean Terry's e-book I decided to choose the wholesaling route.

Gotta love ebooks...No more time wasted if I have to wait around for something or someone. 

Now wouldn't that be one heck of a poll...Ever since hearing the BP Podcast with you Ben & Brandon's continual talk of his units and success - NMD is the only route I want to go.For me; it goes back to the continual talk of partnerships and complimentary abilities -  Ability to find deals, ability to bring capital, ability to project manage, ability to deal with people, etc.

@Jay Hinrichs has written an e-book specifically for Australian investors that you should read.My last piece of advice for you that I give every new investor is to: "Measure twice and cut once."

Outside of that, you can use a library card to access either Overdrive or Hoopla and check out countless e-books and audiobooks on real estate and taxes.
