I am renovating a 4 plex that does not have a dedicated circuit for a microwave.

Everything gets flushed down the toilet, renters don't know how to flip a circuit breaker, the water spots on the ceiling may go unreported for 6 months.  

One thing to keep in mind is that there is the job of separating the boiler units and electrical panels and there may be more to it than that if any supply/return lines and electrical circuits are currently shared between units.

If it's a deal breaker, I would isolate sections of the house with an impermeable membrane, aka plastic sheeting and duct tape, and then see where the general location is...

There is also a breaker on disposals that will flip and cause the disposal to be inoperable.

The inspection reports are often daunting but really the problems may not be as large as you think or deal breakers.

For a few hundred bucks you can have your electrician put a 220 circuit in the garage next to the panel.
