That can be so frustrating, so handle that ahead of time with finding a mobile home supplier.  

We will supply you with information that no other supplier can deliver.

They will also (usually) point you to local suppliers for APPROVED boxes.

But, our supplier just stopped offering the color we've been using. 

You can often get better deals by shopping online, but you're going to have to piece stuff together from multiple suppliers, so the money you save will cost you a lot of time.Deals come and go, but won't always be in the style you want.  

I would seek legal advice as well as a title search since the borrower seems to not be paying anyone and there could be some unpaid contractor and or suppliers as well
