Expanding also includes building new teams abroad so that would be up to the investor to take on that task.Diversify in other asset classes whether being A/B or investment types like Short Term rental, self storage, mobile home parks or even building and development.

You can even diversify across asset classes - think MF, self-storage, mobile home parks, office space, etc - AND geographic location.One limiting factor though is whether you are accredited or not.

Tenants line up to rent it and then it starts:  one prospective tenant wants part of the furniture to stay and the other moved; another wanted us to remove the never used new mattress from the bed so she could bring hers in (now we have a storage issue?).
