Expanding also includes building new teams abroad so that would be up to the investor to take on that task.Diversify in other asset classes whether being A/B or investment types like Short Term rental, self storage, mobile home parks or even building and development. 

I could hold out while doing some additional value adds (storage units, rubs, ect.) and really lean it out or go for a LOC now.

You can even diversify across asset classes - think MF, self-storage, mobile home parks, office space, etc - AND geographic location.One limiting factor though is whether you are accredited or not.

For me it's continuing to develop a new partnership with a self storage deal sponsor I'm investing with.

He helps out with the trash and keeps an eye out, so I was cool with leaving him alone while I concentrated on the other units.It was okay till I finished renovating a couple of the other units and created storage and laundry in the basement, where their studio apt is.

My husband and I flip houses and own two rental properties (4 doors plus 1 garage/storage rental)... still just getting started.

I'm thinking along the lines of a 50k investment each in Multifamily, Self Storage, and Mobile Home Park.
