I'm just seeing a lot of negative news, seeing DOM go up, more price reductions, and more inventory on the markets I follow.

I found Reef Oil and Gas, and then read some negative news reports about them and crossed them off the list.

The news usually reports more real estate negatives more than stock market negatives. 

Preventing further damage is easy and the good news is that even if that damage is extensive, it still isn't expensive.

My end goal is to invest in apartments for long term holds.I'm looking for other investors, wholesalers, and cash-buyers, in the Hampton or Newport News area that are interested in networking with me. 

The good news is it's usually it's pretty easy to get rid of tenants with a weekly lease.

Hi All,I was hoping to get some of y’alls opinions on how today’s news about Opendoor could impact our business.I have personally received a slick letter from this company, offering to buy one of my rentals.They just received $325 million in funding, just as I am attempting to get my business’s first Deal.I will not give up - if anything, this is an indication that there are still deals to be found in the USA.
