However, we could list our home tomorrow for $140K.Clearly I understand that I'm comparing apples to oranges bc a mobile home is not officially real estate and our house is.My point is, I think (and I could be wrong) that I could rehab this property and sell it for $27K.Thank you all for the input, this really helps as BP is my one and only location for industry professionals to weigh in on this situation.I know my first deal won't be... well, ideal.

The first time anyone officially knows about foreclosure proceedings is when the notice of auction is filed, which only has to occur about 30-days in advance.  2) The high equity list is nothing more than properties with a last deed date =>15 years previous, which is information freely available on the county tax site.

But they were extremely helpful and most importantly they told me that the fee was only due after the timeshare was officially cancelled.

My two cents is that it is somewhat ironic that the hardworking middle class voters who elected these government officials are indirectly being taxed because ultimately some of the added tax burden will be placed on their shoulders in the form of higher rents to cover higher tax bills.Also, are there any investors out there that feel like these increased taxes will help break the current market cycle?

If a landlord is in foreclosure and solicitors have been sending letters but the tenant haven't got an official court order stating that the house has been foreclosed on, should tenant still pay rent?
