Trying to get a 46k loan through my credit union to buy a house off of my dad.Bank just denied me, due to my Schedule C reporting a loss and apparently my Net Income on the schedule C was about 23k.Did my accountant f*** me hard?

Are your 14 other SFHs in similar Class C locations / condition?

Hello, our rental home had a/c unit drains into the p trap in one of the bathroom and clogged the sink in upstairs.

Now I am there about 2-3 times a year or as needed for large things like an A/C replacement.Once you have a great cleaner and handy person, then you don't really need to go over that often.We are about 7 hours from our place so it isn't a crazy drive.
