Like, you have the BIltmore mansion, perhaps the gaudiest and most expensive property in the country, and you have folks who (like I saw the other day) were taking a bath using a spigot that was next to my gas pump.

Like it or not, this is valid, although possibly not as the protection the department intends. 

I tried to vet his community and it seems pretty legit based on what I was able to uncover and through questions I ask him and the onboarding coordinator, but I have trouble justifying the high price tag for something that seems sort of plausible on my own, yet he makes some valid points on how long some of these things would take on my own without the community.

There have been some GREAT responses to my initial thread…And some didn’t completely agree with some of my positions…But NO comment was rude or disrespectful. and ….The “ other opinions” are as valid as mine.

Not to say that there aren't valid strategies for raw land.

With $600k, I'd be more interested in gas and oil mineral rights and/or a syndication.
