I haven't found one unlicensed broker that was not violating the law.

That offers so many more opportunities AND shows respect for the laws, shows honesty, etc which are lacking when someone wants to work as an unlicensed broker.

You can do the work yourself as an unlicensed homeowner and if it passes final inspection, all is good.  

Your only option working as an unlicensed broker is to break the law.

Funny thing is the postcard is from an unlicensed broker that I reported and they got a cease and desist.

I sign up on these unlicensed brokers sites, let them send over properties they do not own, and then go from there.
