I have also heard Triangle Credit Union does them on investment property's. 

We've had a great experience managing these houses from our home in the Triangle area. 

Plus they are Nasty,  I hate Triangles and so does everyone else. 

Make sure you set up your Keyword Alerts for areas around the Triangle or topics that interest you.

Hi Nathan,There is a weekly MF meetup group that meets at the Flying Saucer restaurant (in the Triangle) every Tuesday (noon - 1pm)..gathering for networking starts at 11:30am.  

Where I will be working is a bit of a wash to be honest as my wife and I will be at different locations up there, but pretty much in the Pentagon, Quantico, Andrews triangle.

If you find a deal that looks promising on paper, I would recommend speaking with a property Mgmt company to get a pulse on what the average rental rates are in that area.I have been in property Mgmt for the past 12 years in the Raleigh/Triangle area and would be happy to help answer any rental questions you may have.
