Stuff everywhere, can't see the floors, clothes thrown everywhere, dishes piled 2ft high in the sink, ect...... - that's not a real big deal but you cant tell them how to live.

We did not always make this kind of money -- my first job was as a cashier and theirs was as a dish washer -- but we bettered ourselves and aimed for better opportunities through a mix of school and simple desire.

They may be trying to dish out a problem quickly to someone who doesn't know. 

We provide all shared supplies for the house (trash bags, dish washing soap, etc).

You should include a small amount monthly for consumable supplies (TP, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, etc.).

The units do have new roofs and paint that was not in the latest satellite images.

From the google satellite maps it looks like they will have to place it on the left side of 17 if you're heading north and cut a shipping path through Hutchison island to work around the low bridges. 

Where is the best place to purchase, linen's rugs, a television dishes and art?

I buy toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent & dryer sheets, dishwasher soap pods, liquid dish soap, coffee packets, sheets, pillows, bath towels, washcloths & hand towels from SAMs. 

With larger MF we are open to setting up satellite offices in other markets with the goal of 250 plus units per new state/location since we would need to ensure the business was setup correctly along with licensing requirements etc.
