Hello all, I recently was told that if your property is in an LLC you cannot represent yourself in Massachusetts.

@Dovid Staples there were three RE agents representing both buyer and seller and I can point you towards their names if you would like, then you just have to look them up on realtor.com, zillow or the licensing website

Generally speaking, every 5 mile circle in the country represents a "market" for storage and what happens in one is of little consequence to the others (even those very nearby). 

If it's a short sale, an agent would be required to represent the seller per almost all investor guidelines on the note.

I am pretty sure all you need is a salesperson license to represent clients buying, selling and leasing, commercial property.
