If we can get most of the economy open back up by June, stocks will recover in about 3-4 months, and after a brief dip/lull in some higher price real estate markets, the upward trend will resume.But my crystal balls hasn't been working lately, and like all advice, this is worth what you paid for it.

Also stay away from big buildings with NN leases because the rent often generated at low cost per foot doesn't give enough room for adequate saving up of reserves to pay for parking lot or eventual roof layer recovering or total replacement.

I am sure the market will recover at some point (if it doesn't we are all screwed anyway) and I realize for the next 8-24 months, I may not earn quite as much as I would have before this, but anything is better than nothing, and my commitment to investing is for the long-haul and not specifically the immediate return.
