We are in a seller's market, and it's not an easy time to buy, but the economy is strong, rates are low, and people will always need a place to live.Something people might not factor in is that market rents can fall in a recession, even in mid-market affordable properties.

But I do know he spent a lot on attorney fees and paid a fairly stiff fine.Oregon is small enough that if your turned in your going to get investigatged I know contractors that screwed up in the deep recession and got banned for life in Oregon.
