Thank you @Brandon Walason I'm  a native new yorker interested in property all over the world just some locations can be more expensive;but you just have to lookfor the deals a little harder.

(its a musician thing you wouldnt understand)When I create a budget or a plan Usually I am confident I can do it until I see a new keyboard or Bass guitar I NEED  lolor a trip my girlfriend is begging me to accompany So how do you guys manage to do the saving thing and the self sacrifice which will ultimately lead to greater rewards down the line.Sometimes I think that committing less resources may be more realisticso if i bring in 2,400 in rents instead of saying i will put 1,500 to the apartmentI should commit 1,000 so at least something is done each month and if one month I want to do more I can. this is where my mind is right nowI am confident that if I had waited on the bmw until after the apartment was completed I would not be in this situationany suggestions?

@Jaleel Muss I'm a native and a landlord in Bridgeport, CT.  

I see hippies, musicians and artist types walking under the 5 freeway along N Main to the very popular7/11 at the corner of Daly and N Main almost every time I drive through the area at night.  

I'm a resident of Houston, native of Detroit MI.
