Other advantages is the bank will schedule the BPO through you, so you can do the walk through with the agent doing the BPO and this can be very helpful because you can influence the pricing opinion of this agent by pointing out anything helpful that might effect pricing of a home as in repairs, crime stats, school districting, whatever it maybe that would effect that opinion downward.

It basically just scours the web for similar content and then combines them into cohesive sentences with natural language processing.It's not actually generating any 'new' advice, it's just synthesizing the content that's been viewed and re-viewed on the web. i.e chatGPT has never actually built a $100m business, and its production database  (information leading up to EOY 2021 that is labeled "success, 100m, real estate investing, business") may not be the best guide for success in 2023 and beyond.Also the prime problem with non-technical 'influencers' like alex hormozi reviewing chatGPT is that he actually has no clue how the algorithm was built, how the models were trained, how applicable its results are over time, and what the model's limitations are.

All these folks that say they have done X millions of deals and never had an issue could be lying, exaggerating, or lucky too as it varies somewhat from region to region, the market risks involved at the time, contractual agreements and even the ratings of a bank may influence their actions, you will never know.What you do need to understand is that the DOS has been, is and will be used, to what extent, we don't know, but you need an exit in the event you do get caught up in a note being called due!
