Meetup.com and BiggerPockets are great ways to find local events

Ohio markets show up 3 times in Zillow’s 2024 hottest markets, with Columbus and Cincinnati taking the top 2 and 3 spots.

Can anyone that has gone to the 3 day event fill me in?  

Mark Ainsley is at many networking events and knows how things work around some of the tenant laws in Illinois.

If the vacancy rate is currently 5%, should I allocate 20% for a Great Recession like event.
