As @Eli Konig mentioned above, going into RE right now without a lot of experience and without knowledge of a local market I think makes TK a decent beginning option.I've been in communication with REI and going through their process right now.

Even that manager needs to be really hard worker and skilled in so many different areas...sales, marketing management, hiring, firing, reservations, computer skills, and more.   

One challenge was coordinating rehab work within tight timelines to minimize holding costs, but we navigated it by hiring a reliable contractor.

Any special process or just fell them and skid them to a landing deck them then haul them off ?
