We did have trouble with our first PM, but have now moved on to a new PM and the grass is much greener. 

Now, almost everyone on the planet can be contacted, and quickly.Get the best info you can, listen to your intuition and... make your choice.

Of course I did so many cool things on my own, so many the grass is just always greener... sucks to have to make choices like this.
