I think Geneva is actually the only school in the Wayne Finger Lakes region that is required to have a true bilingual program due to the number of English as a Second Language students at various grade levels.

If I was the seller and I got news from someone that was supposed to be helping me out I would be ticked too.You can't just pointing your finger at buyers, maybe it was a neighbor that realized the place was vacant and took advantage of the situation, maybe all the new added interest in the property got the wrong peoples attention. 

This is making my fingers itchy--we're between houses right now... 8) Sometimes you just *have* to wonder what folks were thinking when you see the floorplans on some of these ratty houses.
